Mem pipeline cleaning Equipment
Since its formation in January 2014, Middle East Manufacture of Pipe Cleaning Equipment ‘‘MEM’’ started its activities in designing & manufacturing of Pigs and Foam Pigs for the oil and gas industry within the region. With our flag ‘‘Quality Comes First‘‘ MEM was positioned as a leader in producing one of the finest products that are tailored to suit the client’s specific needs. MEM had already sold its products in 40 countries all over the world. We are still extending our geographical existence in more countries to serve the field with high-quality products and services.

Technologies
Middle East Manufacturing of Pipe Cleaning Equipment
Foam Pig
Can be used for pipeline scraping, cleaning, gauging, filling, and drying, ensuring the best performance. Made of lightweight open-cell polyurethane foam, foam pigs can be coated and adapted for best tracking. Foams come with different densities and shapes to fit the different required activities. Because of their structure, the foams could negotiate between 10% to 60% diameter changes.
Mechanical Bi-Di Pig
The Bi-Di Pig design allows the pig to travel in both directions. The Bi-Di Pig is equipped with Guide and Seal PU Discs to give the sealing element that would also remove the debris & accumulated scales from the line. It gets its support from the guide discs while travelling.
Bi-Di Pigs proved to be the best as they could be equipped with all the different accessories for the different activities.
Mechanical Cup Pig
The Cup Pig is designed to travel in one direction. The PU cups’ ability to seal is normally high, and it is used for separation, batching, de-watering, de-curding, and could be used for cleaning and gauging or Nitrogen Purging & many other applications. The cups have a great advantage of negotiating higher changes in the pipe diameter that could reach up to 20%.
